Yellowfin Tuna With Mango Salsa

2 Yellowfin tuna steaks, 1 inch thick
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Mango Salsa
1 cup Ripe mango, chopped
4 tbsp. Red onion, chopped
2 tsp. Jalapeno, minced
4 tbsp. Lime juice
1 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the orange juice and teriyaki sauce. Salt and pepper the tuna steaks to taste. Place in glass baking dish and pour the juice mixture over the tuna. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or longer. Pour off marinade into a small saucepan and reserve. Over medium heat reduce the reserved marinade to a glaze - like consistency while grill is heating. Grill tuna to preference basting with reduced marinade glaze. Serve with the following mango salsa.

Mango Salsa
Mix all ingredients and let stand 1 hour or refrigerate overnight and bring to room temperature before serving. This also great with any other grilled fish or chicken.
Try it with nacho chips as a dip also.
