Yellow Rice And Seafood
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. In a large pot melt butter and add all fish products, simmer until shrimp is pink. Add garlic, onion, peppers, salt, pepper, cumin and oregano. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato products, water and cooking wine. Add Bijol and rice. Bring to a boil, stir and cover tightly with either a lid or foil. Bake in the oven for 1 hour. Try to serve shortly after removing from the oven. If you find that it is dry, add a can of beer. The beer will not alter the taste in any way. Enjoy!!!!
