Shrimp On A Stick

1 lb. Uncooked medium shrimp
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup Bread crumbs, seasoned
1/2 Lemon, juice
Salt and pepper to tatse

Peel, devein and rinse the shrimp, then place them in a bowl with olive oil and garlic. Add the bread crumbs and toss until the shrimp are evenly coated. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, then grill them over medium heat for about
2 minutes per side or until they are opaque in the center and the crumb coating begins to brown. Squeeze on some lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with cocktail sauce.
