Shrimp And Rice Casserole
2 lbs.
Medium shrimp, cooked
1/2
Green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup
Parsley
1 1/2 cups
Mayonnaise
2 cups
Rice, cooked
1 pkg.
Frozen peas, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Refrigerate overnight, covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
A great make ahead dish!!
