Shrimp Quiche

1   9 inch Deep dish pie crust (pre-made...who has time!)
1 - 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Sweet onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups Small shrimp, steamed
4 Eggs
2 cups Half and Half
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Sprinkle cheese and onion in pie shell. Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients. Pour entire mixture into pie shell. Cook uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Cook approximately 30 more minutes or until a test knife comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
