Pesto Shrimp
After deveining shrimp and shelling them, place them in a deep bowl. Cover with all the pesto sauce, toss to coat. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for 20 minutes. Line broiler pan with foil. Place well coated shrimp on pan. Turn over to broil (500 degrees), use rack 2 rows from the direct heat. Place shrimp in oven and broil 5 minutes on each side. Serve and enjoy! *For previously cooked shrimp, reduce cooking time to 2 minutes on each side. *For frozen shrimp, thaw completely and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Serves 4 people.
