Ian's Garlic Shrimp

1/4 cup Olive oil
4 large cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp. Red pepper
1 lb. Shrimp
2 tbsp. Dry sherry
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley, chopped

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and red pepper, sauté 1 minute.
Raise the heat to high and add the shrimp, lemon juice, sherry and paprika.
Sauté until the shrimp turn pink (about 3 minutes). Sprinkle with parsley and season as you like with salt and pepper.
Serve over rice or noodles.
