Fried Fish

1/2 stick Butter
Italian bread crumbs
Small capers
Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Fish, any kind

Melt butter in pan. Dip fish in Italian bread crumbs and then place in butter in heated pan. Fry until fish is cooked. Place fish on plate. Add small capers to heat in butter left in pan. Put capers and butter on top of fish. Top fish with hard boiled eggs.

Simple, but wonderful for any kind of fish.
