Easy As "HECK" Florida Lobster Tails
Open a quality adult beverage of your choice (sip as needed). Take 1 lobster tail; remove meat from shell by cutting a slit the entire length along top of tail, pull meat out of shell leaving only the end attached to shell. Clean any yucky stuff from meat and put back in shell. Take the melted butter (margarine) and pour into lobster tail along the top covering all the meat. Now take 1 healthy (cleaned) piece of long-leaf lettuce and place on top of lobster tail. Now wrap entire tail in aluminum foil and place on grill; (approx 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes) . Remove lobster tail from grill, remove tail from foil, discard foil and long-leaf lettuce, cut meat from tail at end of shell, pour remaining butter and squeeze some lemon juice on meat and enjoy! P.S. If you are having a cookout; 1 tail per person should do!
