Crab Casserole

2 pkgs. Frozen spinach, chopped
1 Lb. Crab meat
1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 small can Tomato paste
1 small carton Sour cream
1 dash Nutmeg
Salt and pepper

Thaw spinach. In a casserole dish start with a layer of spinach, the onions, crab and cheese. Repeat again and refrigerate. When you are ready to bake, put the mixture of sour cream and tomato paste over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 4 to 6 portions.
