Cajun Lobster And Shrimp

1 - 2 Green peppers, diced
1 - 2 White onions, diced
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Cleaned uncooked shrimp, cut up
1 - 2 Lobster tails, remove meat and cut in chunks
2 cans Cooked tomatoes Cajun style, cut in small pieces
1  2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (block)
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Black pepper, coarse ground
Red pepper, coarse ground

Sauté green peppers and onions in olive oil and add a small amount of Worcestershire sauce.
Just before onions and peppers are done add seafood and cook for 5 minutes covered or until seafood is done (stir and do not overcook).
While onions are cooking add large block (cut up) of Velveeta cheese to a large pot and melt cheese on medium heat.
Add tomatoes to cheese and stir.
Add Tabasco, Worcestershire, and pepper to taste.
Add finished seafood and onions to cheese mixture and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over white or yellow rice and French bread.
