Beer Bread

3 cups Self rising flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
12 oz. Beer, your favorite

I can't cook, bake or grill but I know one recipe that anyone can make and even your family and friends will be amazed at your creation, and the aroma in your home while its baking is something you can't bring home from the super market. The crust may seem harder than a brick but it's that type of bread you will not believe how easy it was to make and will enjoy the smile on your families face when they try your masterpiece.

In a mixing bowl put 3 cups of self rising flour, add 2 tbsp. of sugar, and pour in 12 oz. of your favorite beer. Stir the ingredients to form dough; put the mixture into a greased baking pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
When the bread is done, turn it out of the pan and brush with melted butter. Cut the bread with a serrated knife and that's.....beer bread
