1, 2, 3 Spaghetti Sauce (Gravy)

2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 large Sweet onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1 Bay leaf
1 tsp. Oregano
1   12 oz. can Tomato paste
1   28 oz. can Crushed tomatoes
2 tsp. Sugar
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. Ground beef

Heat oil. Add onion and garlic, brown lightly. Add meat and cook until well browned. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat, simmering for 1 hour. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Prepare your favorite pasta...dinner is served!
